Well, as I promised, I followed in the steps of SatsumaLord and present to you the full Lindesfarne Pregnancy Arc.

To quote the founder of this topic:

"I hope you all enjoy my findings.  =3

...and don't find me crazy for doing this.  ^_^;"

(I know some pregnancy sites certainly didn't appreciate it. Some got quite nasty as a matter of fact, or didn't seem to care, yet they have topics of similar works)

Incidentally, here's another dream I had involving Lindesfarne in the near future, on Sunday-Monday night. I believe the date was reading late November 2017, and the family were gathering for Thanksgiving (or possibly Christmas) dinner and celebrating the newest entry to the family. Lindesfarne, wearing a pale mint green sleeveless grown, similar to the one worn on here wedding night; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2010/kk0619.html (but without the collar more Greek/Roman like), was making the first toast and speech to her family both current and new, then Fenton made a similar one, and added "...with more on the way" and there was Lindy, sitting on the end of the table, with a telltale 4-6 month bulge in her midsection...

Think that might mean something?

A while back, on the night of 8th - 9th December, I had another preggy Lindesfarne Dream. You could say it follows the entry I had on the 18th September (https://disqus.com/home/discussion/kevinandkell/monday_sep_18_2017_kevin_kell/#comment-3522773555 ). This time, the strip seems to start off with Lindesfarne and Fenton in bed (she's on the viewer's right, he's on the left) and she announces that her water just broke, rather much like Chelonia in On the Fastrack back in late August 2001; http://onthefastrack.com/comics/august-26-2001/. Next panel shows the bed swarming with kids, consisting of Coney, Francis, Wendell, Lin and Harcourt, and they're swarming mostly around Lindesfarne, who's surprised, but not showing any signs of labor pains. Fenton asks how/why it is that they have so many children and, in the next panel Lin replies that "it's all in the formula", and puts a baby bottle (probably containing either milk or baby formula) into Lindesfarne's mouth (like Terry did with Heather on some of their babysitting experiences in Raymond Branch's Barely Human. A good example or two are strip #543 of 2002 & #1261 of 2005, but sadly the web-archive site just doesn't want to cooperate).
A third panel shows Lindy and Fenton out of bed (the kids are now probably preparing it for Lindesfarne to deliver) and standing side view to the viewers (Fenton in front of Lindy) and whilst Lindesfarne is her mint green sleeveless nightgown; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2010/kk0619.html her 9-month baby bump isn't as massive as Bill normal draws them, but is more of the size the late Albert Temple Drew Tavie's in Gene Catlow.

Odd thing was events in the comic kept switching from Kevin & Kell to a bar scene with Daria from the show of the same name* (brown hair, glasses, green jacket, expressionless face and bored monotone voice) and her friend Janet, (short black hair, piercings in eyebrow, red jacket with rolled-up sleeves) drinking. One strange thing was the friend said she was to be Lindesfarne's midwife and a last panel (their first panel between Lindy's second & third, that their second one following Lindy's third) then showed both women leaving the bar, but for some odd reason, whilst both were speaking in English, some of the text and letters was reversed (like the Toys 'R' Us sign).

Does any viewers think that there might be something in this one as well?

(* = I cannot remember the title of the actual cartoon, but I'm sure the descriptions I've enclosed might help someone refresh my memory. I can see them, and possibly hear them, but, for the ice of me, I can't recall their names. I think they were done by the same cartoon studios that did King of the Hill. 28/12/17 - Never mind, just found out)

Although this isn't furry, it still comes from the same a creator's pen, so I had to announce it.

Well, looks like things have come full circle for Sam and Dave, so now they can be concidered equal to the rest of their friends now.

(Mind you, it can't be any odder than how Lindesfarne got pregnant in Kevin & Kell just last year; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2017/kk0112.html )

A few things do spring to mind in concerns with this:

1) Did the Dodos have a hand (or wing) this? Like getting hold of Sam's birth control?

2) The baby will be more likey born on Mars, as it's a 6 month journey there, so Sam will be in either 6th-7th month stage.

3) Did anybody think to pack maternity space suits, just in case this happened? (And if there's another double Pregnancy like with Ming & Jenny in 2011)

4) Will the baby be effected by Sam's previous TF experiements like Rupert & Rosalind's back in 2015?

Make you think, doesn't it?

Don't know if this will amount to anything but keep your eyes on Kevin & Kell regarding Bruno & Florrie; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2018/kk0206.html

Looks like we might have another wedding & pregnancy story on the horizon...

BTW, over on Safe Havens - Spoiler Alert - the baby's due on 22nd September.
Looks like Maria must've visited Danielle and gotten some timing calculations lessons from her (after all, she also pinpointed her own due date in 2006)

Let's just hope Sam doesn't into labor whilst the rocket's in its approach to land on Mars...

Well, looks like Rudy and I are now in the same boat.

Yours truly is now an Uncle.  8)

So like my poor grandpa last year, it's a relief that the waiting's all over...

Sophie Rebecca Fitz-Gibons was born Wednesday 21st February @ 12:17pm weighing 8lb 10oc - a big bruiser - (which is why my sister had a few problems with delivery) and all on gas & air, closely coming to an epidural.

Aside from problems with delivery of the placenta, 1 little stitch and a graze somewhere, everybody's okay.

Contractions started Tuesday morning around 7am, but nothing happened yesterday, my sister went in for a scan and showed that her water hadn't broken yet.

The baby was supposed to arrive last Monday 12th, my Mum's birthday, but nothing happened. Mum's annoyed that the baby's born a Pisces instead of Aquarius, but then, you can't actually choose your birthdate. Though, like me, my sister and my mum, she's a Wednesday child. (Course we were also hoping she'd come on the 18th, so it'd be 18/2/18 since her parents married 6/6/16, but with 21st, it's mum's birthday, just backwards...)

According to my mum, both me and my sister were expected earlier than our actual birthdays, as it is stated that the 1st child is usually expected later than expected - which is more than can be said for the pregnancies of Bill Holbrook's comics, with the exceptions of Danielle (who calculated her due date), Tammy (who probably didn't know when) and Kell (who was pregnant at the start) of Kevin & Kell, because if you look at all of the pregnancies, from Ming & Jenny's double pregnancy, as well as Rosalind's own pregnancy, in Safe Havens, Chelonia's in On the Fastrack (I won't include Wendy's two pregnancies since they're missing from the comic's archive) right up to Lindesfarne's just last year, they were all before their due dates and possibly the same thing will happen for Samantha's space pregnancy in Safe Havens this year... Who knows?

We'll just have to watch the Safe Havens space from now till October...

Here's another entry for the One-Shot/Pregnancy-Related gallery; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2018/kk0225.html

Following Leona & Carl's experience with Lindesfarne, this one's pretty anticlimactic if you ask me...

Continuning with the One-Shot strips of this comic, Leona & Carl take on a new midwife instructor, who has his own built-in stirrups; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2018/kk0423.html

Mind you, I wondered if that's a dummy or the class has actual mothers-to-be who signed on to be demonstrators...?

(Some viewers think it's the former as real births are hard to schedule for midwife classes.)

Just a head's up to Bill and all you viewers on another premonition I had last night involving the recent events of this comic, involving Aby & Marcus suddenly getting a family and a marriage proposal into the bargain...

Mainly it was all about Aby and Marcus, having just got married, and the strip had just the pair of them talking about future plans now they were married.
I can't recall if it was a regular or a Sunday comic, but I do remember the last panel with a caption bar stating '9 months later' and showing Aby from the hips up (for some reason a ginger and white tabby instead of grey) clean-naked (not adult-branded) and massively pregnant, and eagerly awaiting the arrival...

I guess the time-skip was reminiscent of Tipper's non-existant Pregnancy tale in the closing years of Namir Deiter — which is probably why Aby looked like Tipper for some odd reason...

Don't suppose I've once again gotten on Bill's creative wavelength and seen what he's got in mind? (Though I highly doubt he'd do a time-skip as big as nine months)

In the recent events of Safe Havens, with Samantha being now only two months from her due date (not to mention their arrival on Mars), things are speeding along, including Samantha's bump (which like Cindy's in Faux Pas in 2015 kept coming and going even when she went into labor, following her official marriage to Randy)...

Mind you, I had a foresight to this comic during the early hours of morning on 19th July, so even though there's no visual aid, this will be a written pregnancy reference...

The strip in the dream was similar to this strip; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/march-21-2015/ and whilst Samantha was in it, she was in her spacesuit and her baby bump was smaller (between 4-6 months) and her hair was more like Chelonia’s in On the Fastrack and parted in the middle at the top, she was talking to Rupert* and Rosalind, who were just about to go through a brown door, about continuing their TF genetic research, and they said they couldn’t continue it, and as they reach for the doorknob, they say “For the next nine months!” and then close the door whilst Sam has this broad grin over her face…

Well, there is a factor that Rosalind’s family might increase whilst the others are on the Mars Mission – not to mention that the returning rocket may have a few more people on board than when it departed…

Certainly makes you think, doesn’t it?

(* = At least, I THINK it was Rupert, or it might’ve been Luis — but without his glasses or wheelchair)

Hiya, folks!

With recent events happening with Kevin & Kell and Safe Havens, I had another premonition on the early morning of Saturday 30th June.

So far, all I can recall was a panel (probably the first one) with Rudy and Lindesfarne on a left-to-right Dutch Angle (used in the Adam West Batman series), Rudy was walking along the left of Lindesfarne with his hands in his jeans pockets as usual, probably trying to talk about something with Lindesfarne (however the speech bubble was blank), whilst Lindesfarne, looking skywards with a smile on her face (sort of like Danielle in the 4th panel of this final Sunday strip before the end of her own pregnancy; https://kevinandkell.com/2006/kk1029.html or even from the current banner of the webcomic) was pushing a multi-carrier pushchair (this one holding either 3 or 4 babies) and massively pregnant again, almost in the same councillor attire she was wearing around this time last year; https://www.kevinandkell.com/2017/kk0718.html except her shirt was a dark tan, or the same colour as the cardigan she wears nowadays...

Coincidence or what?

This follows on from the previous comment, this was something I did earlier, and whilst the idea did come to me on 30th June, I didn't submit it till 4th July, when Lindesfarne was in the strip (otherwise, it might've seemed out of context).

This might seem to be some form of coincidence since it'll be nearly a year ago when Lindesfarne gave birth to Turvy, following an attack at the summer camp she and Fenton were counselling...

Still, this still makes a good discussion.

Breaking news from Safe Havens, both figuratively and literally; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/september-12-2018/

(Wonder if it was that landing on Monday that triggered it? After all, it was a nasty fall that started Lindesfarne's labour around this time in August last year)

(Mind you, I wasn't expecting this to occur till Saturday or Monday. Still, without a Sunday Strip Samantha's labor might still last for another 10 days until the 22nd September)

Well now, it looks like recent events in this comic have certainly broken two of my most recent dreams about this comic.

The first one was during Monday/Tuesday night, but whilst the title said Safe Havens it was very different. For a start, the site's wallpaper was plum purple, the date said it was Saturday and the whole page wasn't done in Bill's style.
The comic page itself wasn't in common squarish panels, but in individual strips, rather like the Sabrina Online archive page, but each strip was a single image. Further more, it wasn't Mars, but the Moon, with a fully view of Earth. And the only character that appeared to be in the comic was Colleen from Road Rovers, sitting on the lunar surface (possibly on the edge of one of its craters) massively pregnant herself and naked "furry style", doing some sort of meditation. The final panel on the strip was a close up of her profile, looking over her shoulder, her hair blowing in the lunar wind, Earth completely dominating the background and all see said was "It's time".

The second was just last night. Thankfully this was done by Bill, and was dated Sunday 16th, and done in the style of the Sunday comic panels of his other two comics.
This time, however, it had Leonardo and Marlon having somehow successfully stowed away onboard the landing shuttle and observing Samantha's labor (I think Leonardo was in the process of trying to sculpt the moment in rock) from either within the kitchen or cargo bay areas. One panel seemed to be from Samantha's POV of the landing party gathered around her (with the Dodos almost squashed out of sight at the bottom on the panel, whilst her gigantic naked belly and her bare knees dominated the rest of her view.
However, just as Leonardo's in fully artistic swing, two spacesuit-clad arms grab the two boys by the scruff of their necks, while in the final panel was an elongated version of the last panel from yesterday, everyone there still in their poses, but Samantha was stating "Head's in position"...

Certainly something, isn't it?

And yet, despite the comic and its creator's world-known fame and the way it's been excitingly written, it's still somehow receiving prejudice from other sites, even when the events of the comic follow the site's objective purpose, and may even draw attention to the comic itself, therefore more publicity.
And whilst that site contains comics that have either been written or drawn far more poorly than others, it's still Bill's comics that somehow receive the most verbal lashings, from people who either don't know any better or even know what's good for them.

I mean, who is it actually hurting? Nobody!
Is it harming anybody physically? No.
Mentally? No.
Emotionally? No.
Verbally? No.
Subconsciously? No.

So who's doing the most harm? The trollers, of course. And yet, they're the ones who get away Scott-free whilst the artist occasionally suffers from their verbal abuse. What is the Internet coming to?

Re: The Many Pregnancies of Kevin & Kell

Well folks, it's finally over in for Samantha in Safe Havens; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/september-20-2018/ & http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/september-21-2018/ It’s all over…for now.

The baby has arrived. (2 days early, mind you. And yet, I’ve never seen any pregnancies in Bill’s comics that have ended AFTER the due date)

Least the trollers and verbal jousters can rest easy for now (even though they’ll secretly miss them deep down, as they LOVE doing this sort of thing, and without it, there’s no point)

However, we do need to keep our eyes on the sister comics, On the Fastrack and Kevin & Kell. After all, each one has had a wedding recently. And when there’s a wedding, there’s usually a baby carriage not far behind….

Well, Samantha & Dave, looks like you finally joined that elite group all your friends were in; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/january-6-2012/ on that isle they call parenthood.

Though, let’s not forget their own self-made prophecy after they first met Leonardo back in Italy almost 7 years ago; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/december-2-2011/ (so I’d be a little cautious about who the baby looks like — after in On the Fastrack, Cookie resembles her grandmother)

Plus, with Mars’s environment, I’d also check on both mother and baby, since the headlines in the newspapers yesterday claimed that a probing into mother and baby deaths following harm in a maternity unit in the UK went from 23 in January to 63 on 31st August, and has rocketed to 104 just yesterday!
So let’s hope none of that should happen here…or that Maria actually saw that in another dimension?

(BTW, did Maria KNOW that the baby would be named after her?)

NOTE: I would've uploaded all this sooner, but the site was down for 36 hours from late Wednesday through to Friday. Pretty intense moment, as I feared the site was down again...
