This one's more suited towards semi-elderly characters like Grams Bear, Slappy Squirrel and Grammi Gummi.

"Getting pregnant at any age is just simply a question of mind over matter. If your babies don't mind how old you are, it doesn't matter(!)"

How does that sound?

after seeing a pic of a very pregnant Brittany of the Chipettes (which I can no longer find)

the Munks and Etttes doing a special concert after a equally 'special' tour where the girls give birth on stage.

This was something I stumbled across on On The Fastrack; http://onthefastrack.com/comics/april-28-1996/

This is certainly funny...

Here was something from Baby Blues that may be interesting for something here; http://babyblues.com/comics/march-17-1995/

This was something I got off Safe Havens today; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/september-26-2016/

I can see this working with Danielle of Kevin & Kell…or at least as a pregnancy gag (which would also work for Danielle too)…

Came across these whilst looking through 2001 strips of On the Fastrack by Bill Holbrook;

* = I can see this happening with Sabrina of Sabrina Online with her pregnancy...

** = I’m surprised, in Kevin & Kell, that Danielle didn’t do this back when she was pregnant in 2006. Mind you, Lindesfarne might do this this year…

Got this idea from this BBC Radio episode of Hancock's Half Hour; http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=k4ggKo0zAP8 and this strip from Safe Havens; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/may-2-2011/
Picture a group of pregnant friends sitting down at a new food joint where you can order your food by choosing the number on the menu.
Now either: a) one of the mothers is a gourmet and has a refined pallet, therefore able to control her cravings for weird food stuffs or b) One of the moms brings her husband with them, and it looks like he's going to throw up over one of the other mom's bizarre choice of food...

Here's something similar from Lindesfarne's pregnancy arc in Kevin & Kell; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2017/kk0603.html

First of all, I hope that log's hollow in order to move it (a mother-to-be shouldn't strain herself like that)...

Second, at least cravings like that in that world (of for that species) aren't as strange as Danielle's back in 06; http://www.kevinandkell.com/2006/strips/kk20060813.jpg & http://www.kevinandkell.com/2006/strips/kk20061015.jpg
and she's not using her cravings for something creative yet off-pitting like Ming in Safe Havens in her early pregnancy in '11; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/may-2-2011/

However, there's one more type of pregnancy craving that doesn't turn stomachs, but can occur more often than food ones; http://rachel12.deviantart.com/art/Baby-7-Again-68954006

Actually, going back to this strip of On The Fastrack, I can certainly Lindesfarne of Kevin & Kell and/or Sabrina of Sabrina Online doing this sort of thing as they’re both pregnant and computer geeks…

I suddenly have this idea of a pregnant Cozy Heart Penguin breaking into a Ice Cream store's walk in freezer, sitting inside and gorging herself.

that and Treat Heart Pig getting stuck in stuff like doors, her bathtub.. possibly her own pants...

Here's a gag for a Labor Day pose I got off Kevin & Kell whilst looking up references during Lindesfarne's labor sequence; http://kevinandkell.com/1995/kk1025.html

(I'm surprised that Doc Rat didn't think to use this gag - and there were many opportunities)

Once again, whilst looking up references, this time with Bridgette's Belly, I came across a few items that may look good for this topic - even if they've been done other ways and some other time...

On the Fastrack
http://onthefastrack.com/comics/august-22-2001/ (This one's a good labor idea - I can see Sabrina doing this one, too bad Lindesfarne never did)
http://onthefastrack.com/comics/august-24-2001/

Bridgette's Belly
http://www.tigerthighs.com/comic/10-10-2011 (Second strip down.*)

NOTE: I know that the strips before that were of stuffing/over-eating but I think it still works on a pregnancy principle...

What do you viewers think?

Just got this one from this current strip of Safe Havens; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/july-19-2018/

Though, whilst it's good for bats (and possibly Anthro vampires) I'm not sure if it's good for normal babies (the umbilical cord and that)...

Following on with ideas from Safe Havens, at least two have cropped this week alone, what with Samantha's baby and the arrival on Mars only a month away from ETA (though it's still only 2 months by my book)
1. http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/july-26-2018/
I can certainly think of several expectant furries who’d love a bed like that over on FurAffinity, as well as Kevin & Kell

…not to mention a certain group of turtles might appreciate a bed like that in they wanted to sleep on their backs…

2. http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/july-27-2018/
Although, I think Bill went this way with that gag before.

First time was in On the Fastrack shortly after Wendy had Rusty; http://onthefastrack.com/comics/april-28-1996/ then in Safe Havens twice with Ming & Jenny in their pregnancies, first during their Halloween baby shower; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/november-1-2011/ and then not long before they went into labor around Christmas/New Year’s Eve; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/december-19-2011/

I wonder how soon it will be before Kevin & Kell get this maternity joke?

Good viewing folks.

This one came to me following this Safe Havens strip; http://safehavenscomic.com/comics/july-20-2018/ that followed this;

Now, the main gag here is somebody selling yoga matts of various designs (some patterned, some plain, etc) and a placard stating "50% Maternity Discount" as he offers a pregnant grey mouse with long blonde hair (a blend of Makojin and Mousey) wearing a white leotard/swimsuit under a pair of white maternity shorts with rolled up white socks and white plimsolls and a lime green gym bag over her left shoulder, a yoga matt with an outer space pattern with stars, planets, moons and galaxies on it... the pun being that in that outfit, the mouse's belly would resemble a moon.

Hope that sounds amusing...
