Here's one I think I may have overlooked, but might've already been done up here already; http://onthefastrack.com/comics/june-5-2001/

I can see Lindesfarne in Kevin & Kell or even Sabrina of Sabrina Online wearing that in their pregnancies this year…

A twist on the classic "I'm not Fat, I'm Pregnant" gag, reading "Belly's not MY fault - I've only just left Fat Camp", which is what happened to Bridgette in Bridgette's Belly when she fell pregnant with her twin; http://www.tigerthighs.com/comic/2011-11-16

(NOTE: I regret to inform you as well, viewers that Bridgette's Belly has now finally come to a close... :'()

I got this one whilst looking up references in On the Fastrack to comment on another comic and stumbled across this strip; http://onthefastrack.com/comics/august-23-2001/

Basically, the main part of the maternity top (the belly part) has a wrecking ball printed onto it and the chain/cable the ball's attached to goes to the collar, and occasionally the baby(ies) kick, making the ball jiggle a bit, or whilst the mother walks, the belly swings from side-to-side...

How does that grab you folks?  ;) ;)
