Is it about cartooning or RL figure drawing?

This link HERE can help you...

If it's figure drawing, go right HERE, and go right HERE if its an anime style you are looking for.

I don't know if they still have those
Preston Blair Art guide books anymore,
but they helped me over the years.

ehh :? , not exactly what i'm looking for, the first link looks a little... childish...
not what i'm looking for... the second one is out of my league... and not what
i want to do.
i am basicly trying to make something that looks a little like the Final Fantasy
series things, with swords and stuff, and with the furs and stuff.
the pregnancy stuff i think i would addapt along the way.

it just makes me angry, truth be told, i don't like being ignored. thats when
me mess up on things. if i can somehow find a way to do so, i might be
able to get some pretty good drawings done. and thanks again Wally. if thats
what people call you sometimes. i dunno. i am new here sorta.

Well reading through the other topics here might be of little help. Also I can't say for certain but I would imagine that it might be easier for others to help you if they have something to work on i.e. a picture(doesn't have to necessarily be preg/fur/otherwise).

The right off the top of my head comment is that you really aren't that bad. I would suggest studying how the muscles and bones move. A simple anatomy book would help there. Also, watching people. I know it's humans not furries but the same general principle is there. Your drawing reminds me of my stuff when I first got started, and bottom line the best way to get better is to do it. Practice, practice, practice.

You already have something I didn't have when I was at your level. Your drawing flows nicely. He's very fluid in his movement. Just touch up on your muscle groups and he'll be one that I wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley.

Keep up the good work I look forward to seeing you improve.  :-)

Well....

It's a fairly decent starting point.  You didn't forget any limbs, and you have some joints, so it's far better than many part-timers (I'm a dabbler, myself... I've got some tools, and some materials, but I just don't want to dedicate the time).

For the constructive criticism:

My suggestions are along the same line as nyght_of_shadows'.  If nothing else, use yourself in a mirror as a guide:  Look closely at your basic proportions (arm and leg length, upper arm versus lower arm, upper leg versus lower leg) to get your joints positioned better.

For features at different angles, either again the mirror, or if you can maybe get a small stuffed animal (of a similar type) to pose, it might help you.  Although with most anthro-furs, the features are in roughly the same position as a human, they're just shaped differently within those positions (a muzzle is roughly the same place as a mouth, it just sticks out more).

And that's probably all my amateur advice for the amateur kiosk today.

To sum up:  What I see needing the most work are the proportions and the articulation.  Don't go overboard on angles, but a few more would make the sections of the limb more distinct.  Study yourself and other humans for approximate sizes and positioning of parts - "Hands at the side go down to... here, and the elbow is... there, so if I bend the arm, it would reach to... there", that kinda thing.

Make of it what you will, but if you're going to print it out on toilet paper, be sure to use double-ply :P

i think that this one is better than the other one, but yet i have problems with
a few places. but i did get a good portion of it fixed, to where it looks better.
if you noticed between the first pic, and this one, the body
size looks correct. and i think that i got the right hand's palm correct as well.
i think this is my better pic. what you think? and if you think i am still lacking
somewhere, i wouldn't mind. but i am getting it down now.

One thing that greatly improved my abilities in drawing was to look at other pictures around and see how their poses differed from my own.  Another thing I did was create skeletons of my poses before drawing atop them (I still do it).  It allows one to see how the pose presents itself before drawing on the details and the like.

And keep at it.  You definitely improved since the first pic.
